Bio

Defiant Kinetics (D.K.) is Nick G Fall, a young beat fanatic currently based in Scarborough, United Kingdom. At age 14, after sessions on his cousin's drum kit, Nick developed a keen passion for beats and good sense of rhythm and timing.

Whilst playing in a rock band (Nonsystematic) for the next couple of years he completed a national diploma in Graphic Design. During this time he was inspired by friends experimenting with electronic music in their bedrooms. A new creative escape was discovered and what started out as a mere hobby soon became an obsession.

After college, he began to experiment with his own musical tastes and ideas. Whilst holding down a job on the side and saving for new equipment, he began honing his own style and sound. Bored with presets and commercial sample libraries, he started to dig through his father's old vinyl collection, soon adding more wax and influences to his sonic palate.

Focusing on creating an element of himself through music, Defiant Kinetics graces us with his first L.P "Nebuliser". Mixing heavy beats with lush soundscapes, vacated samples and soulful vibrations, Defiant Kinetics will surely be one to watch on the international circuit.
